Easy Chai
Bring a 1/2 cup of water to a near boil then add 1 teaspoon of ground hemp flower. Let steep for 15-20 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon of black tea and a dash of allspice. Let simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes then strain into a container. Add your favorite sweetener and top off with warm milk.
Golden Latte
Bring a 1/4 cup of water to a near boil then add 1 teaspoon of ground hemp flower. Let steep for 15-20 minutes, then add 1/4 teaspoon of powdered turmeric, a pinch of cinnamon, clove, ginger black pepper. Let simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes then strain into a container. Add your favorite sweetener and top off with warm milk.
Cinnamon Honey
Add a tablespoon of coconut oil or butter to a warm saucepan then add 1 teaspoon of ground hemp flower. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, a pinch of allspice and let simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Strain the oil with a mettle strainer and let cool. Mix in 2 tablespoons of organic honey and enjoy with a warm beverage, and or on toast.
